THURSDAY 9th July

Another superb night with 32 members present. And a great prize pot of £1600.

It was great to welcome Ryan McIntyre back to our Club, especially after his horrific accident. He still has a lot to go through and we all hope everything goes well for him. It’s amazing how often members return from a lengthy spell in the wilderness and do really well first time back. And didn’t he do well getting into the chop and then taking 1st place. Welcome back Ryan!

We also welcomed back Tam O’Halloran and Alan Cope. Neither did particularly well, but it’s early days guys!

There wasn’t a lot to report at the final table with so many chips floating around. So it finished in a 6 way chop with Ryan, Stevie Dunn, Tony Foley, Mark Struthers, Donald Buddy and Russell Graham all collecting £250. They played on for the points and £100 which Ryan won.

On Sunday 2nd August we will be having a Deep Stack tournament. Starting at 5pm. £50 for 40k includes 5k early bird bonus. Late entry up to 6.30pm. £50 for 35k. One rebuy and a top up at 6.30 £20 for 20k.
